- Respect boundaries and consent
- Use appropriate language
Be Authentic
- Use real, recent photos
- Provide accurate information
- Don't impersonate others
- Be honest about your intentions
Be Safe
- Don't share financial information
- Meet in public places initially
- Tell someone where you're going
- Trust your instincts
- Report suspicious behavior immediately
Prohibited Conduct
The following will result in immediate account termination:
- Creating fake profiles or impersonation
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- Soliciting money or running scams
- Sharing explicit content without consent
- Stalking or doxxing other members
- Using the platform for commercial purposes
- Multiple accounts or ban evasion
Reporting Procedures
How to Report:
- Use the in-app "Report" button on any profile or message
- Email care@pinnaya.com with details
- Include screenshots if available (don't edit them)
- Provide as much context as possible
What Happens Next:
- Safety team reviews within 2 hours
- Reported user may be frozen pending investigation
- You'll receive updates on the investigation
- Action taken (warning, suspension, permanent ban)
- Your identity kept confidential
Consequences for Violations
- Minor violations: Warning + education
- Moderate violations: Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
- Serious violations: Permanent ban + report to authorities if criminal
First Date Safety Tips
- Meet in a public place
- Tell a friend where you're going
- Arrange your own transportation
- Don't share your home address initially
- Stay sober enough to make good decisions
- Trust your instincts - leave if uncomfortable
