4. Membership & Billing
- Memberships renew automatically unless canceled
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until period end
- No refunds for partial periods
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
5. Verification
All members must complete identity verification. Failure to complete verification or providing false documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of fees.
6. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Pinnaya a license to use, display, and distribute your content for providing the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Create safety concerns for other members
8. Disclaimers
Pinnaya is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. We are not liable for member conduct, offline interactions, or decisions you make.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnaya's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in Mumbai courts.
